Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services we offer. 

We do have a 30 day money-back guarantee on our Sales On-Demand (Done With You version only) and our Appointments On-Demand (Done With You version only).  Refund requests need to made in writing (email, text, slack or letter) BEFORE or ON the 30th day and can be made for any reason.  

There are no long term contracts, billing is month to month and customers can cancel any other subscriptions anytime. If a customer cancels any subscription, they have access to the product or service through the end of the current billing cycle. We request 21 days notice on cancellations prior to end of billing cycle but we will process cancelations in 1 business day.
